Solid Wood & Veneers

We provide you with great quality furniture in many variations. Among our many choices include solid wood and veneer materials for furniture. Solid wood and veneered furniture both have their advantages, and often the two will be mixed in order to ensure maximum stability for furniture.

 

Veneered furniture will usually have a thin layer of solid wood that is glued onto a core board or solid wood. The thickness can range from paper thin to about 5 or 6 mm thick. Solid wood furniture is easy to spot as the grain pattern will be the same on all faces. This kind of material can be prone to warping and cracking over time due to moisture changes with seasons. We choose the right boards and joints to prevent anything from warping or moving.
